Xiamen Gaolin Jinlin Development Center
This project is an important people-enriching project in Xiamen to coordinate and solve the collective living outlet after the demolition and relocation of urban villages. Located in the Gaolin-Jinlin area of Huli District, with a total construction area of about 220,000 square meters, it is positioned as an urban commercial complex integrating commerce, office, external staff apartments and other formats. With "shared development and serving people's livelihood" as the core, the project adopts a modern minimalist architectural style, and the exterior facade is composed of light gray paint and glass curtain walls, taking into account practicality and economy. The project has clear functional divisions. The commercial area is planned as a community commercial center, introducing supermarkets, catering, convenient services and other formats to meet the daily life needs of surrounding residents; the office area mainly serves small, medium and micro enterprises, adopting flexibly divided small-sized office spaces; the external staff apartments focus on living safety and comfort, equipped with complete public facilities and intelligent security systems. The completion of the project has enabled the village collective to share the dividends of urban development, injected new commercial vitality into the area, improved the surrounding living environment, and promoted the coordinated development of the region.
