Hangzhou Cuiyuan
This project is an urban renewal project in Hangzhou Cuiyuan plate, covering the renovation of old residential areas and the upgrading of supporting commerce, with a total construction area of about 180,000 square meters, positioned as a "livable and workable composite community". With "inheriting memory and improving quality" as the core, the project design reinforces, renovates and improves the style of old buildings on the basis of retaining the original community texture and historical style. The exterior facade adopts a combination of light gray paint and wood-colored decorative lines, restoring the humanistic charm of old Hangzhou. At the same time, new supporting facilities such as community service centers, elderly care service stations and all-age activity venues are added to optimize community public spaces; the supporting commercial part is planned as a neighborhood center, introducing fresh food supermarkets, characteristic catering, convenient services and other formats to meet the daily life needs of residents. The project adopts the sponge city design concept, renovates the community drainage system, adds rain gardens, and improves the community's flood control and drainage capacity; at the same time, it introduces an intelligent property management system to improve the efficiency of community management. The completion of the project not only improves the living environment of residents, but also activates the commercial vitality of the area, realizing the quality upgrading and value regeneration of the old community.
