Asian Games City
This project is a comprehensive Asian Games Village built for large-scale international sports events, with a total construction area of about 1.4 million square meters. It covers multiple functional areas such as the Athletes' Village, Technical Officials' Village, Media Village, International Zone and Public Zone. After the games, it will be transformed into an urban composite community integrating residence, commerce, office and leisure. With "green, intelligent, thrifty and civilized" as the design concept, the architectural style integrates modern sports aesthetics with regional cultural characteristics. The exterior facade adopts a combination of environmentally friendly and energy-saving materials and glass curtain walls, matched with dynamic line design, highlighting sports vitality. All functional areas are seamlessly connected through intelligent walkways and underground corridors, equipped with intelligent navigation, intelligent security, intelligent energy management and other systems to create an intelligent event community. The project strictly follows green building standards, extensively adopts clean energy such as solar energy and geothermal energy, constructs sponge city facilities, and realizes water resource recycling. After the games, the Athletes' Village will be transformed into a high-end residential community, the Media Village will be renovated into talent apartments, and the International Zone and Public Zone will retain commercial and leisure functions, realizing the long-term utilization of event heritage and promoting the sustainable development of the urban area.
